A few weeks later, Jack showed the same signs, the same eye too. We took Jack in as well and he also was given a rx for glasses. This doc recommended we go for a 2nd opinion with another opth. Doc that specializes in childrens eye care. Now, this doc says Jack does not need his glasses, good because he lost them the day we went in, but he needs to do 2 hours of patching on his good eye to train the other eye. He was pretty excited about that. We got some cool stickers, but what he really wanted was a traditional black, pirate patch. Still looking for one of those, because these sticky patches do not stay on. Gabi was given a new prescription and we will return in 3 months to see how they are doing. He thinks we may be heading toward an eye surgery to correct the problem, but we'll see how the patching goes, etc.
