I found this great baking site with some really cute and YUMMY recipes, so I decided to try some.

Saturday morning, we got started. You basically bake a cake, crumble it up and mix in a tub of icing. Shape that into balls and dip it in chocolate.
disclaimer: Sat morn, unbrushed hair and jammies are still on :) Ellie looks pretty excited to be holding the mixing bowl.
Next Baking Project: Cupcake Pops for Haleigh's 8th Birthday. Similar concept with the above cake and icing mixture, but using a cookie cutter to make it look like a cupcake. Alot more work involved, but it turned out so great and was a huge hit and school for treats.
